Introduction
The park of Villa Fassia, designed in the 1930s by landscape architect Pietro Porcinai, is a masterpiece of 20th-century Italian garden design. "Thanks to funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) — Measure M2C3, Intervention 2.3 for historic parks and gardens — the site has recently been restored, bringing back to light the original beauty of a place where art and nature coexist in perfect harmony.

Before its restoration, the Park of Villa Fassia was in a state of neglect, with its tree-lined avenues and geometric flowerbeds hidden beneath years of disrepair. The distinctive elements of Porcinai’s design, such as the visual perspectives and clean lines, had been compromised over time due to a lack of maintenance.
DURING
